Prepare your request
A useful quote begins with the decisions already made.
The brief does not need to be complete. Clear references and visible unknowns help the review focus on feasibility, approval risk and the information still required.
Product definition
Explain what the product is, how it will be used and which features must be protected during development.
- 2D drawings, 3D files, reference images or physical sample notes
- Target dimensions and critical surfaces
- Material, glaze, color and decoration direction
Commercial context
Provide planning information so the manufacturing route can be reviewed against the intended program.
- Estimated order quantity or range
- Target timing and launch context
- Packaging, labeling and delivery expectations
Market and quality
Identify where the product will be sold and how appearance, performance and release should be judged.
- Target market and intended use
- Known testing or compliance requirements
- Inspection, approval and acceptable-variation expectations
What happens next
A quote is built from an agreed review basis.
- 01
Submit the available brief
The request captures product, market, quantity, timing and reference-file context without requiring every answer upfront.
- 02
Clarify technical and commercial gaps
Open questions may cover geometry, material, forming, finish, testing, packaging or approval requirements.
- 03
Confirm the quotation basis
Pricing, tooling, sampling, timing and other terms can be discussed only against a defined and approved project scope.

Common quote-request questions
Can I request a quote without final drawings?
Yes. Reference images, rough dimensions or samples can begin the discussion. A firm feasibility and quotation basis may require more complete files later.
Will the first quoted price be final?
The quotation depends on the information and assumptions available at the time. Changes to geometry, material, finish, quantity, testing or packaging may require review.
Can I include several products in one request?
Related products can be described together. Identify each item and explain shared versus product-specific requirements so the scope remains clear.
Should confidential CAD files be uploaded immediately?
Only upload files appropriate for the current confidentiality arrangement. Sensitive files can wait until the secure transfer route and disclosure scope are confirmed.
